Assisted Living

We have an opening at our Assisted Living facility in New Hope, MN. We provide housing and services for adults living with a Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and other developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, brain injury, and behavioral challenges. Our home is Wheelchair accessible.

Our mission is to enable our residents to live independent, fulfilling lives within the community. Our Clinical Nurse and Human Service Professionals team have extensive experience in a hospital setting, nursing/home care, and delivered various services to people in need. Our team is trained to provide tailored care with compassion for each resident. 

We support individuals receiving waiver services or are eligible for waiver services, including DD, CADI, and Brain Injury.
